Eugene Grinberg for State Assembly (LD 24)
Ukrainian-American Jew. Jersey through and through.
Immigrant, father, husband. I’m living the American Dream. As a kid, I came with my family to New Jersey as a refugee from the Soviet Union . I love this country but especially the Garden State—its people, food, geography, and scenery. I’m a proud product of its public schools.
I was lucky enough to grow up in Morris County. I got married in Sussex County. And I’m proudly raising my kids in Long Valley. When I’m not working or campaigning, I’m enjoying the best of this area: spending time out in the yard, taking my boys to the Columbia Trail, or playing ultimate frisbee in one of its beautiful open spaces.
Accountability, affordability, decency. LD24 deserves someone who will fight for our future and put in the hard work. I’m that guy. I’ve had a job since I was eleven years old. I’ve worked in the service industry. My first job was picking up dog crap (literally). And I’ve spent most of my legal career in public service. Today as a lawyer, I help everyday people, not corporations.
That’s why I’m running for office for the first time. Not for money or influence, but to work for the people of this district. To make sure that everyone can enjoy what LD24 and New Jersey has to offer. And that won’t happen if we keep sending the same people to Trenton.
Progress takes work. Put me to work. For you, for our families, for our future.
